One of the highlights of the Expo will be our keynote speaker, Dr Judith Bryans, the chief executive of Dairy UK. With a distinguished career spanning decades, Dr. Bryans is a true leader in the global dairy sector. She has served as the director of The Dairy Council, and took the helm at Dairy UK since 2013. Judith’s influence extends internationally – she was elected President of the International Dairy Federation (IDF) in 2016 and held the position for four years. Today, she remains an honorary member of the IDF, chairs the IDF Task Force on the UN Food Systems, and co-chairs the IDF Task Force on Women in Dairying.
Dr Bryans has also contributed to global dairy sustainability, serving on the Global Dairy Platform board and as a governor of the Dairy Sustainability Framework. She is a member of the Board of the European Dairy Association (EDA), and she holds a PhD from King’s College London. Her expertise and leadership have made a lasting impact on the industry, and her keynote address will offer invaluable insights into the future of dairy.
