According to Russian media reports, the company has announced that supplies to Russia will continue until the end of the year, after which all operational activities will cease.

According to the estimates of the National Union of Milk Producers of Russia, the company's share in the starter culture market in the Russian Federation was about 45%.

On December 13, 2023 the companies revealed the future name of their combined entity as 'Novonesis.' In the first three months of the 2024 financial year, Novonesis delivers 4% organic sales growth against a strong comparator.
