Russia's Ice Cream Export Revenue Increases by 30% Over 10 Months
In physical terms, the supply volume amounted to about 16,000 tons. The center does not provide data on the dynamics of exports in tonnage, but in value terms, the segment shows steady growth.
The largest market for Russian ice cream during the reporting period was Kazakhstan, accounting for approximately $28 million of export revenue. This is followed by Belarus ($13 million), Uzbekistan ($7 million), Mongolia (over $6 million), and Abkhazia (more than $4 million).
In 2025, the geography of Russian ice cream supplies covers more than 55 countries. In the long-term dynamics, the segment also demonstrates confident growth: over the past 10 years (when comparing January–October periods), Russia's ice cream exports have increased 2.4 times in value terms.
