Revenue of Ukraine's Largest Dairy Companies Exceeded 60 Billion UAH in 2025

The ranking includes the largest producers of cheese, butter, yogurt, and other dairy products. According to the publication, all companies in the top ten increased their revenue compared to the previous year. The Bila Tserkva Agroindustrial Group showed the highest growth rate.

Meanwhile, milk processing volumes in Ukraine remained stable in 2025. According to the State Statistics Service, about 3.2 million tons of cow's milk were delivered to processing plants — approximately at the level of 2024.

Consumption of dairy products also remained almost unchanged. According to the Milk Producers Association, the average figure in 2025 was 209 kg per person per year, compared to 209.3 kg the previous year.

Thus, the revenue growth of the largest companies was not due to a significant increase in processing or consumption, but likely due to price dynamics, changes in sales structure, brand development, and market share redistribution among participants.
