The Average Purchase Price of Milk in Ukraine Reaches 17.3 UAH/kg

Extra grade — 17.45 UAH/kg excluding VAT (+0.65 UAH per month, range 17.00–18.20 UAH).

Top grade — 17.15 UAH/kg (+0.55 UAH, range 16.80–17.60 UAH).

First grade — 16.80 UAH/kg (+0.60 UAH, range 16.50–17.20 UAH).
The average weighted price of the three grades was 17.30 UAH/kg excluding VAT, which is 70 kopecks higher than last month's figure.
Analyst of the association Georgiy Kukhaleyshvili notes that, unlike last year, in early September 2025, there is no high demand from milk processing enterprises, and raw milk has not significantly increased in price over the last month. Milk processing enterprises are working on stock, and the current supply fully meets the demand for dairy products in Ukraine.
The resumption of demand and price growth for raw milk in Ukraine is possible in October if the European Commission adopts a new trade agreement and the export of dairy products to European countries resumes, alongside an increase in domestic market demand, the expert believes.
