Schuman Cheese Expands Specialty Cheese Portfolio with Acquisition of Trugman-Nash

In the transaction, Schuman also secured exclusive US distribution rights for Organic Herd British cheddar, crafted by the Organic Milk Suppliers Cooperative, strengthening its portfolio of premium cheddar products. Schuman plans to maintain Trugman-Nash’s established retail network, ensuring a smooth transition for existing customers.
