Sargento Foods Inc. has unveiled significant changes to its leadership team, promoting eight executives across its Consumer Products and Food Service & Ingredients divisions. This strategic realignment follows the retirements of two longstanding executives and coincides with Michael Pellegrino's recent ascension to Chief Operating Officer.

Louie Gentine, Chairman and CEO of Sargento, expressed enthusiasm about the new appointments, highlighting the integral role of the Sargento family in the company's sustained success. "I'm thrilled to see these members of the Sargento Family step into their new roles to help build our next generation of leadership," Gentine remarked. He emphasized the company’s reliance on its dedicated team to continue thriving and contributing to the community.

The newly appointed executives are poised to steer their respective divisions towards substantial growth, with responsibilities ranging fr om brand marketing to strategic planning and sales initiatives. Among the notable promotions are Erin Price, now General Manager of Consumer Products, and Jeremy Schellin, appointed as General Manager of Food Service & Ingredients. Both are tasked with driving success across their divisions’ profit and loss statements and fostering innovation and customer engagement.

Rod Hogan steps into an expanded role as Senior Vice President of Innovation, succeeding Kristi Jankowski. Hogan’s focus will be on continuing Sargento’s trajectory as a leading innovator in the dairy category, overseeing research and development efforts.

Chris Regennitter has been named Senior Vice President of Sargento Sales, bringing a robust background in sales leadership from previous roles at Kraft Heinz and PepsiCo. Brian Ginn and Joy Judski are appointed as Vice Presidents in charge of sales for Consumer Products and Food Service & Ingredients, respectively, bringing decades of sales experience and a strong focus on customer relationships.

Chris McCarthy returns as Vice President of Strategic Planning, tasked with advancing the company’s Real Food Vision alongside Sargento’s leadership team. Amy Ehlen has been elevated to Vice President of Pricing & Demand Planning, wh ere she will enhance the company’s pricing strategies and demand forecasting processes.
