Russia Increased Ice Cream Exports by 29% in Monetary Terms
The largest buyer of Russian ice cream in monetary terms was Uzbekistan, accounting for 29% of export revenue. Kazakhstan ranked second with a share of 26%, followed by Belarus at 15%, Mongolia at 7%, and Abkhazia at 4%.
The main driver of growth was shipments to Uzbekistan, which increased 2.4 times to reach $5.5 million. Exports to Armenia also showed significant growth, increasing 6.6 times to $330,000.
Shipments of Russian ice cream to South Korea and Kyrgyzstan increased by 86%, to Tajikistan by 55%, and to Abkhazia by 51%.
In 2026, Russia exported ice cream to more than 40 countries.
