Radiy Khabirov Allocates Five Plots to Elipsmol Without Auction

The plots are located on Magistralnaya Street in the village of Rayevsky. They have a total area of 7,900 square meters, and their approved use is related to the food industry. The Ministry of Land and Property Relations of Bashkortostan is tasked with formalizing lease agreements with the investor.

Elipsmol's project involves updating facilities for the production of cheese curd, butter, and mozzarella. Additionally, the company plans to build a logistics complex with warehouses and access roads.

The production of cheese curd and butter at the Rayevsky plant began in 2024, and a soft cheese facility was launched at the beginning of 2025.

In 2025, the plant processed 54,000 tons of milk, producing about 2,000 tons of butter and over 2,000 tons of cheese curd. Mozzarella production totaled 600 tons.

The government of Bashkortostan previously announced that in 2026, the investor embarked on a large-scale modernization of production and logistics infrastructure. The total investment in the projects is estimated at 1.5 billion rubles.

LLC Elipsmol was registered in the Alsheyevsky District in March 2022. Its founders are Yegor and Alexander Zakhtorenko; the latter is the company's head. According to Rusprofile data, the organization's revenue in 2025 was 2.2 billion rubles, with a net profit of 54 million rubles.
