Ice cream production in Russia showed a noticeable decline in the first half of 2025. From January to June 2025, the production volume amounted to 332.3 thousand tons, which is 4.9% less than the same period in 2024.

Alongside this, ice cream consumption also decreased. From January to May 2025, consumer demand fell by 2.5% compared to the same period of the previous year, reaching 240 thousand tons.
In the context of declining production and consumption, ice cream stocks at manufacturers' warehouses by the beginning of July 2025 were higher than last year's level. They increased by 12%, amounting to 59.6 thousand tons.
