Kavli’s popular squeezy cheese brand, Primula, has introduced a new limited-edition flavour—Primula Pigs in Blankets—just in time for the holiday season. This seasonal product blends the classic taste of pigs in blankets with Primula’s signature creamy cheese, part of the brand's strategy to attract new consumers with unique, innovative flavour pairings.
Consumer insights played a key role in the development, with research indicating that 15% of shoppers are interested in trying pigs in blankets with cheese.

This launch follows a recent addition to Primula's range—a limited-edition Cheddar and Chorizo flavour—and marks the first major launch under Kavli UK’s new Managing Director, Mark Butel, who stepped into the role in May after leading sales for nine years.
Primula Pigs in Blankets is now available exclusively at Iceland stores across the UK with a recommended retail price of £1.85.
