The state-owned farmer is offering various contracts, including herd-owning share milking, variable order share milking, and contract milking on an additional four dairy farms, taking the total of Pāmu farms under this model to eight out of 44.

Pāmu Chief Operating Officer Will Burrett announced that three dairy properties near Taupō and one on the South Island’s West Coast are now available for contract, lower order, or herd-owning share milking. The farms range from 950 to 2,100 cows. Burrett emphasized the opportunity for those who "align with Pāmu values" to grow alongside the company.

Contract operations for these farms will start on 1 February 2026 for autumn-calving and 1 June 2026 for spring-calving farms. Additionally, an equity opportunity is offered for livestock farmers at the Mahiwi Station sheep and beef farm on the East Coast, with progress ahead of the official closing date on 26 October.

Pāmu is recognized for operating 112 farms across New Zealand and is committed to high environmental and animal welfare standards, as well as providing strong commercial returns and supporting community ecosystems.
