The Dairy Women’s Network (DWN) has introduced the IDEXX Scholarship Fund, a $50,000 financial initiative aimed at supporting women in New Zealand's dairy sector. This fund seeks to eliminate barriers and foster female representation in management and governance roles within the industry.
Comprising annual scholarships of up to $10,000 over five years, the fund is reserved for members of the DWN to advance their leadership through specialized training and mentorship.
