Milk Production in Uzbekistan Increases by 2.6%

As of early July 2024, farms in Uzbekistan produced over 5.4 million tons of milk, marking a 2.6% increase compared to the same period last year, according to the Republic's Statistical Agency.
Samarkand region leads in milk production, accounting for 13% of the total volume. High production levels were also recorded in Kashkadarya (10.9%) and Khorezm (10.5%) regions.
