During the National Dairy Quality Day held on July 3, 2025, in Pilar, Mastellone Hnos. reaffirmed its leadership in dairy quality by sharing protocols ensuring control from raw material reception to the final product.
Analía Volpe, the quality manager, highlighted that only milk with less than 50,000 CFU/ml is processed, supported by over 235,000 annual sample analyses at their General Rodríguez lab. The company presented its Animal Welfare program, with IRAM certification and guidance for improving farm practices. The initiatives align with consumer demands, integrating sustainability and international certifications, as emphasized by Jonathan Tassistro and Germán Quiroga.
