LLC Lyubimyy gorod Intends to File for Bankruptcy
In early September 2026, a record appeared in the Edinyy federalnyy reyestr yuridicheski znachimykh svedeniy indicating that LLC Lyubimyy gorod has detected signs of bankruptcy. The company also announced its intention to file for insolvency with the arbitration court. Representatives of the enterprise and Kamyshin's administration had not provided official comments at the time of the publication.
The notification was based on a decision by the Penza Oblast arbitration court dated July 14, 2026. The court satisfied the claims of LLC Pachelmskoye khozyaystvo, which provided milk under a contract dated September 22, 2021. The court ordered LLC Lyubimyy gorod to pay 151.5 million rubles of the principal debt, 9.6 million rubles in interest for using others' funds from December 2, 2025, to May 31, 2026, and 1.3 million rubles in state duty. The total amount due is 161.1 million rubles.
In December 2025, the parties signed an additional agreement: the buyer acknowledged a debt of 124.2 million rubles and agreed to settle it by May 31, 2026. According to case materials, the scheduled payments did not occur. The defendant did not attend the hearing, submit a response, or present objections; the court considered the plaintiff's arguments established and recognized by the defendant.
The company's creditor list includes more than 130 claims totaling 580.7 million rubles. The largest sum is owed to Plemzavod Trudovoy AO, amounting to nearly 69.8 million rubles. Other creditors include PUVKO with a debt of about 8 million rubles, individual entrepreneur Sergey Rogov and LLC VOLGOPROMMASH, both owed 9.5 million rubles each, Vladislav Demidenko with 8.6 million rubles, and Kseniya Bogdanova with 7.4 million rubles.
The list also features private household owners and individual entrepreneurs managing farms. Claims range from several thousand to hundreds of thousands of rubles; creditors include residents of Kamyshin and nearby regions. Employees of the enterprise are also mentioned in the document. Open data shows that staff numbers decreased from 422 in 2020 to 324 in 2024. Additionally, some of the factory's products, including butter, have disappeared from local store shelves.
LLC Lyubimyy gorod was registered in Kamyshin in 2006 and produces dairy products. The enterprise was considered a core organization in the town's economy and mentioned in development programs for key settlements. In 2024, the company received a concessional loan of 198 million rubles for production modernization. If the bankruptcy application is filed and accepted by the court, the next stage will be supervision, and creditors can submit their claims within the insolvency proceedings.
