The INNODAIRY 2025 Symposium, hosted at Mrągowo Resort & Spa from June 10 to 13, 2025, represents a pivotal event for Poland's dairy sector. Organized by the University of Warmia and Mazury's Department of Dairy Science and Quality Management, the event aims to highlight technological and innovative strides within the industry.

This year's theme, "Dairy – Good for the Consumer and the Planet," underlines the sector's dual focus on consumer benefits and environmental sustainability. The symposium will showcase the latest in milk processing technologies and solutions, with contributions from experts across food, packaging, and chemical sectors.

Among key discussions is the expert debate on "Packaging – Evolution or Revolution?" featuring influential figures such as Anita Sowińska, Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Climate and Environment, and Katarzyna Grabarska, Senior Eco-Design Packaging Manager at Jeronimo Martins Polska S.A.

The event promises to be a confluence of ideas, aiming to enhance the competitiveness of Polish dairy products globally while also discussing strategic responses to climate and logistical challenges. Participating companies include TORPOL, known for its high-performance packaging solutions, alongside industry giants like Tetra Pak and AAK.

The symposium offers a platform for networking and establishing future-focused partnerships, critical for the continuous growth and innovation within the dairy industry.
