As nearly half of parents express stress over transitioning their children to dairy milk, Horizon Organic launches an expanded campaign, 'This Milk Means Business', to introduce Growing Years® Milk. This initiative offers guidance and support for parents during this critical milestone in child development. A recent survey by Talker Research for Horizon Organic revealed that 46% of parents find the switch from formula or breastmilk to dairy milk one of the most stressful stages, with nearly 50% worry about meeting their child's nutritional needs.

Horizon Organic's Growing Years® Milk, developed with pediatrician input, is enriched with nutrients essential for growing children, such as DHA Omega-3, choline, and prebiotics. The campaign includes expert advice, creative video content, and collaborations with brands like Motherlove Herbal Company and Nuby, providing resources and encouragement for parents.

'Proper nutrition is fundamental during early childhood,' states Catherine Callahan, a speech-language pathologist and pediatric feeding specialist. Erica Bardeau, Horizon Organic’s chief marketing officer, emphasizes the company's commitment to high-quality organic dairy, highlighting efforts to educate parents on navigating this critical nutritional transition.

'Toddlers need a versatile and nutrient-rich milk as they transition,' asserts Callahan. Growing Years® Milk is available nationwide in Whole and Reduced Fat variations, with organic certifications ensuring reliability for consumers and their families.
