The Conta dual block valve distributes feed from the supply system to multiple atomizer nozzles, which then spray the feed into the drying chamber. Compared to traditional systems, this innovative design reduces feed accumulation areas by up to 96%, allowing for more effective cleaning and minimizing the risk of microbial contamination.

Weighing half as much as conventional valves, the new technology also enhances ease of handling and safety. Additionally, the valve’s design eliminates the need for external welded manifolds, simplifying manual inspections and maintenance with basic tools. This reduces plant downtime and supports continuous operation.

The Conta dual block valve can be seamlessly integrated into both new and existing spray drying systems, requiring only minor programming adjustments during retrofitting, allowing for minimal disruption to production.
