Berglandmilch Partners with SIG to Launch Austria’s First SIG SmileBig Aseptic Filling Machine

By being the first to bring SIG SmileBig to Austria, Berglandmilch aims to provide its customers with beverages in eye-catching, easy-grip cartons available in volumes ranging from 200 to 350ml. The SIG SmileBig 24 Aseptic machine offers versatility by filling up to 24,000 packs per hour, enabling Berglandmilch to diversify its range with milk, cream, yogurt drinks, plant-based alternatives, and its popular Latella beverages.

Josef Braunshofer, CEO of Berglandmilch, emphasized the pack's appeal to modern consumers seeking sustainable packaging, while Viktoria Uhl-Pochman from SIG highlighted the full-service solution offered by SIG, from the filling machine to packaging materials, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout the production process.
