ITT Acquired APV and Seital Separation, 'Clever Machines' to Continue Equipment Supply

ITT completed the acquisition of SPX FLOW on March 2, 2026. The announced transaction value was $4.775 billion, paid in cash and shares. Simultaneously, the ITT Industrial Process division was renamed to Flow Technologies, incorporating the acquired business. This information is stated in the official ITT announcement.

According to 'Clever Machines', APV and Seital Separation will maintain their specialization and product lines. APV continues the production of pumps, valves, heat exchangers, mixers, and other technological equipment. Seital Separation specializes in separation and centrifugal division of products.

Changes will affect the equipment and documentation design: the brands will return to their historical logos. New installations, catalogs, and digital materials will gradually feature the APV and Seital Separation names without the SPX FLOW corporate logo. Meanwhile, the previous branding on existing equipment and documents pertains to the same manufacturers and product lines.

For 'Clever Machines' customers, including dairy processing enterprises, no significant changes are expected in interactions with the supplier, as noted in the company's announcement.

The acquisition of SPX FLOW has expanded ITT's capabilities in mixing, pumping, product separation, and heat exchange. According to the buyer, SPX FLOW's revenue in 2025 exceeded $1.3 billion, with an organic order growth of 14%.
