This was announced during the working visit of Deputy Prime Minister Serik Zhumangarin to the North Kazakhstan region, where he met with the corporation's leadership, according to Dairynews.today, citing the press service of the Kazakh government.

In the Tayinsha district, a large cluster for grain processing (Memolux LLP) and oilseed processing (Tayinsha May LLP) has been constructed with the participation of Chinese investors.

In the village of Aymak, a flour mill with a capacity of 300 tons of flour per day and a feed mill with a capacity of 300,000 tons per year have been established. Expansion of facilities and the construction of a pasta production workshop are underway. In the neighboring village of Ilichevka, a plant producing unrefined rapeseed and sunflower oil, along with oil cake, is also in operation.

Currently, Tayinsha May LLP and Memolux LLP represent the largest agricultural projects in the region, primarily oriented towards export to China.

The Chinese investor, the president of Xi'an Ai Ju, owns a bonded warehouse at the Alashankou railway station with a storage capacity of 100,000 tons. The company operates over 1,000 stores in Xi'an (China) and exports Kazakhstani confectionery, beer, ice cream, and other food products.

"Our grain milling technology is considered one of the most advanced. We mill the flour 15 times at very low temperatures, which helps retain all its beneficial properties," said Xi'an Ai Ju president Jia Hei, as reported by eldala.kz.

Considering the company’s plans to build a logistics center in North Kazakhstan, Serik Zhumangarin proposed consolidating products from Kazakhstani producers for export to China. Jia Hei supported the proposal, noting that by establishing a processing and logistics center in the region, they aim to become the largest company in Kazakhstan exporting products to China.

According to the press service, the North Kazakhstan region is one of the main grain-growing regions, with a sowing area of 4.4 million hectares, and one of the most advanced in the country in terms of creating and supporting large-scale agricultural enterprises. The successful experience of preferential crediting for the construction of dairy farms, poultry farms, and irrigation projects is now being scaled to other regions for the second consecutive year.

It is noted that the dairy sector accounts for 35% of the region's total processing volume, with grain processing at 19%, oil and fat processing at 6.5%, and meat processing at 7%.
