McCarty Family Farms Expands Community Engagement with Judy McCarty Dairy Learning Center

Located in Rexford, Kansas, the nonprofit educational facility provides visitors with an immersive experience of life on the farm, allowing them to gain firsthand insight into modern dairy operations.

Ken McCarty, one of the farm’s owners, emphasized the importance of the center in connecting with the broader community. "We want to show how we care for our cows and act as good stewards of the land," he explained.

The learning center, named in honor of Judy McCarty, the late matriarch of the family, aims to tell the story of dairy farming from soil to supper.
