Marks & Spencer (M&S) has collaborated with nutrition-science company Zoe to introduce a groundbreaking product, the M&S Food x Zoe Gut Shot, to millions of customers.

Described as a "world-first" partnership after a year of development, the Gut Shot is a creamy drink featuring British whole milk, kefir, berries, and vibrant plants like baobab and pomegranate. Boasting over 5 billion live cultures from 14 friendly bacteria strains, the shots are high in fiber, sugar-free, and do not contain artificial additives. M&S Food Managing Director, Alex Freudmann, highlighted the brand's commitment to offering both healthy and delicious choices. The Gut Shots are available in M&S stores nationwide for £2, accompanied by a free gut health guide with each purchase.

Additionally, M&S recently launched a 'Good Gut' range, featuring over ten products, including cereals, yogurts, and drinks, further emphasizing their dedication to promoting gut health.
