Key innovations include:

  • Flex Air Stall by Cow-Welfare A/S (Hall 12, B49):
This system significantly increases cow comfort by delivering a continuous flow of fresh air into the lying area, effectively preventing heat stress. It creates a comfortable climate zone in freestall barns, ensuring optimal cow welfare and health.
  • CalfGPT by Förster-Technik (Hall 13, D35):

CalfGPT is an AI-based, voice-controlled management tool for calf care, enabling farmers to ask questions and receive specific data about their calves via WiFi. It enhances farm management by tracking and documenting calf health and behavior in real-time through voice commands, eliminating the need for pre-formulated queries.
  • Zinpro IsoFerm by Zinpro (Hall 22, C31):
Zinpro IsoFerm is a blend of volatile fatty acids designed to improve rumen function, fibre digestion, and microbial protein synthesis by up to 15% and 6%, respectively. It may also contribute to reduced methane emissions, leading to higher milk yields during lactation.
  • Exon Dual by Aufratech (Hall 24, A23):

This high-pressure cleaning system reduces physical strain with an ergonomic chassis and harness that evenly distributes the lance’s weight. The Exon Dual’s two-hand control and low vibration improve productivity while minimizing worker fatigue.
  • Spinder Track by Spinder Dairy Housing Concepts (Hall 12, D03):

The Spinder Track system maximizes barn space by using movable gates on rails, allowing flexible adaptation to different herd sizes. The system can be easily operated by one person and retrofitted in both new and existing barns, optimizing space without disrupting workflow.

  • EspaFLEX by Gummiwerk Kraiburg (Hall 12, E57):

Designed for slatted floor surfaces, espaFLEX features a corrugated profile that enables rapid drainage of urine, keeping floors dry and improving hoof health. The quick drying process also lowers ammonia emissions in combination with manure-collecting robots.
  • Magnet Removal System by Siloking Mayer Maschinenbau GmbH (Hall 27, E15):

This innovation improves safety by integrating removable magnets in feed mixers that capture metal debris. The easy-to-remove housing allows operators to dispose of debris without entering danger zones, reducing the risk of injury.
  • Urban SipControl by Urban (Hall 13, B09):

This advanced calf feeding system measures sucking strength and swallowing patterns during feeding, adjusting the flow for each individual animal. The system enhances calf welfare by providing optimized feeding times and predictive health monitoring based on feeding behavior.
  • Easyfill Feeding Bucket Lid by Hiko (Hall 11, D59):

The Easyfill lid prevents dirt and flies from entering feeding buckets. It features a self-closing opening that allows the milk shuttle filler neck to insert and refill the bucket without requiring open access, ensuring better feeding hygiene.
  • Straw Express by Betebe (Hall 12, F26):

This automatic system removes bale twine from straw bales, minimizing the risk of error in littering systems. It can store up to 12 bales and fully automate the littering process, reducing dust and improving barn hygiene.
  • Atmowell Technology by SKW Stickstoffwerke Piesteritz (Hall 12, F23):

A urease inhibitor system designed to reduce ammonia emissions directly in the barn, Atmowell Technology enables rapid drying of floors and manure management, leading to significant reductions in nitrogen pollution.
  • HyCare Digital by MS Schippers (Hall 11, A11):

A rodent control system that avoids rodenticides by using natural deterrents, habitat management, and digital surveillance. It integrates with an app that monitors traps and reports real-time data to farmers, ensuring efficient rodent management on farms.
  • CowManager Youngstock Ear Sensor by CowManager (Hall 11, F55):

This ear sensor tracks calf behavior and health by monitoring activity, feeding, and rumination. It uses machine learning algorithms to provide early warnings of health issues, reducing antibiotic use and improving overall animal welfare.
  • SenseHub Dairy Youngstock by MSD Tiergesundheit (Hall 11, B10):

The SenseHub ear tag sensor monitors calves' behavior 24/7, providing data on feeding, rumination, and activity. Linked to herd management systems, it helps detect potential health problems early and enhances overall herd health monitoring.
  • Follow Me Assistance System by Weidemann (Hall 27, C24):

Designed for yard and wheel loaders, this system allows the loader to follow the operator autonomously during farm work. The system reduces physical strain, increases safety, and improves efficiency in tasks requiring frequent machine movement.
