It is planned to launch a new project for the production of aircraft for agriculture in the Turkestan region. The initiator of the project is the Chinese company Suzhou Eavision Technologies Co. Ltd. The new plant is planned to be opened on the territory of a small industrial park in the Sauran district.

According to the regional akimat, the company is currently making calculations regarding the amount of investment. It is expected that this project will significantly facilitate the work of farmers by providing them with modern technologies to increase the efficiency of agricultural production.
Earlier, the regional development center of the Almaty region reported on the plans of foreign investors to launch the production of unmanned aerial vehicles, which are also intended for use in agriculture. These devices are capable of providing high-quality video data in real time, which can significantly improve the management of agricultural processes.
In 2021, Kazakhstan has already begun assembling unmanned aerial systems that provide maneuverable army units with video data in day and night conditions for three hours of flight at a distance of up to 40 km.
