Outbreak of Cold Fever Among Small Ruminants Reported in France

New cases of infectious cold fever have been identified in small ruminants in Europe.
According to foreign media, two new outbreaks of the disease have been detected near the city of Thionville in France, with six new infection sites emerging within a few days.
Thionville is located approximately 20 kilometers fr om the borders of Luxembourg and Germany, wh ere similar cases have also been reported.
Please note that this disease is fatal. It is primarily transmitted from ruminants to other animals through insects and small flies, but not to humans.
