Honoring a year of sweet success, MOIC will introduce new, innovative ice cream flavors crafted by Ida, featuring popular Pop-Tarts from Kellanova for a unique twist on the classic menu.
Museum of Ice Cream - Chicago (MOIC), a renowned global experiential brand known for creating immersive ice cream adventures, is commemorating its one-year milestone alongside Ida Nelson, the accomplished Black female entrepreneur responsible for the delectable delights of Ida's Artisan Ice Cream and Treats.
Dedicated to inspiring and connecting through imagination, MOIC will celebrate Black History Month by unveiling Ida's latest ice cream creations. These exciting flavors incorporate Kellanova's beloved Pop-Tarts, enhancing Ida's already diverse menu with a burst of innovation.

Influencer Night: Celebrating Black History Month: February will witness prominent YouTube and social media influencers savoring MOIC’s delights, engaging with community leaders, and connecting with fellow community members.
Honor Scholars & Family Social Hours: Throughout the month, MOIC will welcome honor students from surrounding communities along with their families.
Ida Nelson shared her vision, stating, “My hope is that ice cream serves as a catalyst in reshaping Chicago's narrative, increasing representation of people of color in the industry, and inspiring others to 'work, plan, build, and dream,' in that order.”
