FrieslandCampina Approves 2024 Financial Statements, Announces Board Changes

The Members’ Council of FrieslandCampina has approved the 2024 financial statements of Zuivelcoöperatie FrieslandCampina U.A., along with the Board's decision to adopt the financial statements of Royal FrieslandCampina N.V. and its proposed profit appropriation.

Profit Distribution and Supplementary Payment
The Members' Council authorized a supplementary cash payment of 109 million euros to cooperative members, equating to 1.21 euros per 100 kilograms of milk supplied.
FrieslandCampina announced that Vice-Chair Elze Jellema will step down from both the Cooperative Board and the Supervisory Board, effective March 11, due to a new professional opportunity. Nils den Besten, currently serving on both boards, will succeed Jellema as Vice-Chair of the Cooperative Board.
Additionally, Heiko Schipper will leave his position on the Supervisory Board of Royal FrieslandCampina N.V. on July 1, 2025, due to other professional commitments. The company has initiated the process to fill this vacancy.

Following these changes, effective March 11, 2025, the Cooperative Board will comprise Sybren Attema (Chair), Nils den Besten (Vice-Chair), Herman Bakhuis, Wietse Duursma, Trienke Elshof-Witteveen, Cor Hoogeveen, and Sandra Stuijk.
As of July 1, 2025, the Supervisory Board of Royal FrieslandCampina N.V. will include Sybren Attema (Chair), Baptiest Coopmans (Vice-Chair), Nils den Besten, Sandra Berendsen, Wietse Duursma, Petri Hofsté, and Marleen Vaesen.
