Citing calculations from the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the expert noted that rising incomes will support increased consumption in many countries around the world.

It is estimated that by 2030, dairy consumption will grow by 33% in Kenya, 23% in Nigeria, 17% in Indonesia, 16% in Algeria, and 9% in Mexico, according to a DairyNews.today correspondent at the World Dairy Expo, held in Madison, Wisconsin, USA.
