The Federal Consumer Protection Office (Profeco) in Mexico has analyzed various types of cheeses to determine their quality and health benefits. Among them, the Vaca Blanca yellow cheese stands out for being starch-free and reasonably priced at just 20 pesos.
It is made from cow's milk and meets all necessary health standards. In a recent study, Profeco evaluated 40 cheese products, distinguishing between 16 categories of American-style yellow cheese and 24 imitation products.
This analysis included the measurement of water content and nutritional values. Vaca Blanca cheese contained 43.2% water and disclosed all ingredients that could cause hypersensitivity and storage conditions. This cheese is available at over 2,000 Tiendas 3B locations across Mexico, alongside other exclusive brands.
