Unpaid Wages and Export Evasion Allegations at SanCor CUL

Workers of the Argentine dairy company SanCor CUL, along with ELCOR SA, have raised grave accusations concerning unpaid wages, evasion of contributions, and asset stripping, amounting to a financial scandal amidst SanCor's ongoing insolvency proceedings. According to allegations, employees are left without salary payments dating from March to June and the first installment of the SAC 2025, accumulating a staggering debt exceeding ARG$10,000 million.

Moreover, the denunciation exposes the issuance of fraudulent payslips and the wrongful retention of funds meant for health, retirement, and union contributions, jeopardizing the social and fiscal security of the employees. The scandal deepens with accusations of export earnings of more than US$5.4 million remaining outside the country, a serious violation within the legal insolvency framework.

Both firms, SanCor CUL and ELCOR SA, are criticized for allegedly evading labor and fiscal responsibility through contractual maneuvers. The workers invoke legal statutes for joint accountability, implicating both entities in the financial and administrative irregularities.

Furthermore, scrutiny is requested over the fiduciary arrangement between SanCor CUL and BICE, suspected of benefiting preferred creditors to the detriment of the workforce's rights and the conciliation process. Demonstrating resilience, the employees express readiness to participate in reactivation initiatives that honor the prevailing labor norms.
