Ukraine's Defense Ministry Details Mobilization of Agricultural Machinery for Military Use

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, through spokesperson Dmitry Lazutkin, has outlined the process for mobilizing agricultural and construction machinery to support military operations.
This mobilization is executed by the TCK, the central and regional bodies of the SBU, and intelligence agencies, based on directives from local state administrations.
Lazutkin explained that the military transport duty is activated to fulfill the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military units during special periods. This includes the use of various vehicles such as tractors, self-propelled agricultural vehicles, road construction vehicles, and other agricultural machinery.
He further detailed that the return of these vehicles to their owners is guaranteed within 30 calendar days following the official demobilization announcement. The process of transferring mobilized vehicles back to their owners will be documented through acts of acceptance and transfer, which will record details like ownership, technical condition, residual value, and other pertinent information necessary for identifying the vehicles.
