The partnership aims to explore various postbiotic food concepts, including high-protein ambient yogurt, high-protein tea, and reduced-sugar juice. Tetra Pak is actively collaborating with food producers, guiding them through the product development journey from ideation to concept testing to industrial validation at its state-of-the-art Product Development Centers.
