Delamere Introduces 97ml Oat Drink for Hospitality Sector
Delamere has announced the introduction of a 97ml oat drink, expanding its offerings in the hospitality and foodservice industries. This new product is designed as a plant-based alternative to cow's milk, catering to diverse dietary needs and changing consumer preferences.
The oat drink is intended for use in various hospitality settings, such as hotel room trays, breakfast buffets, and on-board catering services. It can be used to enhance hot drinks or as a complement to cereals.
This ambient product boasts a shelf life of up to six months. Once opened, it can be stored in the refrigerator and treated like fresh milk. Each bottle contains three to four servings, and its re-closable design allows guests to store it conveniently, reducing the need for single-use plastics associated with traditional milk pots and sticks.
The packaging of the oat drink includes premium glass bottles with aluminum lids, both fully recyclable, supporting responsible waste management practices in hospitality venues.
The product is now available for purchase directly through Brakes and various wholesalers across the UK. Dan Yates, Delamere's national account manager, emphasized the success of their mini milk bottles in similar settings and expressed confidence in the oat drink becoming a staple in guest experiences.
