Dairy brand All things butter secures £2.2m investment to expand globally
The funding was spearheaded by private equity firm Access Industries, with support from Active Partners, renowned for their investments in consumer-focused ventures such as Leon and Honest Burgers. Notably, Hollywood producers Josey McNamara and Thomas Ackerley, known for their work on 2023 films "Barbie" and "Saltburn," also participated in the funding round.
In addition to bolstering All Things Butter's distribution within the UK, the investment will facilitate its entry into US and Middle Eastern markets through the establishment of an international supply chain. Looking ahead to 2024, the brand plans to expand its product range beyond its existing lineup of Salted, Unsalted, Garlic & Herb, and Chilli butters.
All Things Butter, launched in November 2023, seeks to revolutionize the traditional dairy industry with its chef-led approach to butter production and diverse flavor offerings. Manufactured at Brue Valley Farm in Glastonbury, UK, the brand's butter distinguishes itself by undergoing a unique churning process, resulting in a "fresh and creamy" texture.
Toby Hopkinson, co-founder of All Things Butter, expressed gratitude for the investors' support and emphasized the brand's commitment to bringing high-quality butter to modern consumers. He highlighted the brand's mission to showcase the versatility and nutritional value of premium butter, aiming to elevate everyday dining experiences.
