The counterfeit product has sparked significant concern among consumers and authorities due to potential health risks associated with its consumption. Invima is conducting investigations to trace the origin of these counterfeit products and to remove them from the shelves swiftly.
The agency has advised consumers to be vigilant when purchasing powdered milk and to report any suspicious products to the authorities. Invima's spokesperson stated, "Ensuring the safety of food products is our top priority, and we are taking all necessary measures to address this issue."
