In Tacural, Santa Fe, a pioneering dairy farm has successfully integrated robots to elevate production to 20,000 liters of milk daily, aiming for 30,000 liters by the end of the year.

With a paradigm shift towards robotization, Marcelo Fiuri and Carlos Wilson have created a breakthrough in the dairy industry. Their enterprise, MilkyNet, started in June 2023, employs ten robots to assist in milking 700 cows round the clock, producing 20,000 liters daily. Their goal is to reach 30,000 liters by the end of the year. The financial model backed by strategic alliances projects an annual revenue of $5 million. This venture, dubbed as a 'milk factory', significantly contrasts with traditional farms by optimizing efficiency and animal handling through VMS systems. Uniquely, the robots monitor cows voluntarily, ensuring specific care and feeding protocols are followed. Initial skepticism was widespread, but strategic deals, like those with DeLaval for robots and Adecoagro for high-genetic cows, underscore the realization of sustainable, scalable business models in innovative agriculture.
