In the 2024 fiscal year, 8.3 million tons of milk have already been produced (an increase of 3%). Most of the milk is processed into cheese (43%), followed by drinking milk (30%), skim milk powder (SMP) and butter (18%), and whole milk powder (WMP) (2%).
