Originally opened as a small workshop, the TAYIBA milk processing plant in the Sairam district of the Turkestan region has significantly expanded its production by installing new equipment and launching it in July of this year. The enterprise currently employs 50 people, Dairynews.today reports with reference to the press service of the Akimat of the Turkestan region.
Previously, the plant produced up to 10 tons of dairy products per day. Today, its capacity has increased, and if there is demand, the plant can process up to 100 tons of milk per day. It produces 10-12 types of dairy products, including milk, kefir, sour cream, kurt, butter and other types of products.
All equipment in the production was imported from Russia, China and Turkey. Raw materials are supplied by local farmers and farmers, as well as residents of the region. The products are sold on the domestic market.
Construction work on expanding the workshop has been fully completed. All stages of production are controlled using automated systems and modern equipment. The plant has a vacuum digital device for boiling and processing milk. Products are stored in freezers.
"There is the "Auyl amanaty" program and many other support mechanisms. We need to explain and help residents. With a large number of factories for deep processing of milk, meat, vegetables and fruits, the production potential of the region will increase. Secondly, rural residents can also sell their products at favorable prices,” said Darkhan Satybaldy.
