An Italian investor plans to build a plant for the production of feed yeast in the North Kazakhstan region
The Italian company became a participant in the Qyzyljar FEZ in November. A foreign investor is planning to build a plant for the production of feed yeast. They are used in the production of compound feed, and also as a dietary supplement in animal feed rations.
“New products will be in demand in our agricultural region. The amount of investment in the project will be 1.5 billion tenge. 40 new jobs will be created,” the head of the region emphasized.
Also, according to Gauez Nurmukhambetov, the largest butter factory in Central Asia is being built in the North Kazakhstan region.
“Today, installation and construction work on the oil extraction plant is underway. Investments are 23 billion tenge. The enterprise will be the largest in Central Asia. The capacity will allow processing 370 thousand tons of oilseeds, with the output of 120 thousand tons of finished products, of which up to 80% will be exported," the official said.
