The average price at the auction was $3,493. Anhydrous Milk Fat was at $5,842 (+4.3%), Butter at $5,906 (+5.8%), Cheddar at $4,217 (+1%), Lactose at $760 (+1.3%), Mozzarella at $3,830 (-3.3%), Skim Milk Powder at $2,638 (+1.2%), and Whole Milk Powder at $3,353 (+1.7%).
