Vinamilk Highlights Innovation and Sustainability at 2024 Global Dairy Congress
The 17th Global Dairy Congress was held from June 25 to 27 in London, gathering top executives, experts, and industry representatives from the global dairy sector. The event, themed "Healthy People, Healthy Planet," focused on strategic innovations, sustainable development, and the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities in the global dairy market. During the "Shaping Future Brands" segment, Vinamilk's Chief Marketing Officer, Nguyen Quang Tri, delivered an impactful speech titled "Care to Change," outlining Vinamilk's strategic innovation blueprint aimed at providing world-class nutrition, enhancing customer experience, and promoting a sustainable future. These elements are seen as pivotal to driving Vinamilk's growth and leading the development of the dairy industry.
Nguyen Quang Tri emphasized, "Vinamilk's new brand identity conveys an inspiring message, showcasing the extraordinary innovation of a billion-dollar brand that symbolizes Vietnamese spirit. 'Care to Change' is not only Vinamilk's resolute declaration but also our commitment to society as we renew our image. Despite the challenges of rebranding, the enthusiastic response has exceeded our expectations."
Tri also introduced Vinamilk's Green Farm fresh milk product line, which underscores their commitment to innovative nutritional solutions and sustainable development.

Vinamilk is the first Vietnamese company to support the global "Dairy Net Zero" initiative. In 2023, the company announced its "2050 Dairy Net Zero Action Plan." Within just one year, three of Vinamilk's departments, including a farm and two factories, achieved PAS2060:2014 standard carbon-neutral certification.
Timothy Robinson, PhD, an independent advisor for the Dairy Sustainability Framework (DSF), recognized Vinamilk's accomplishments in fulfilling their "Net Zero" commitments. He expressed anticipation for further coordination and integration between Vietnam and the "Dairy Net Zero" initiative, supporting more projects for Vinamilk and Vietnam within the DSF system.
