Solico Group is considering the construction of a plant for the production of dairy products in Kazakhstan

In a conversation with the president of the Iranian company Solico Group, Gholamali Soleimani, the head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan emphasized that the company is one of the largest food producers in the Near and Middle East. The minister proposed to consider the possibility of investing in regions of Kazakhstan with good logistics and convenient infrastructure. Solico Group is considering the construction of a plant for the production of dairy products and baby food in Kazakhstan.

According to the minister, projects for the construction of a meat processing plant (Empire Food LLP, Almaty region) and an oilseed processing plant (Kaz-Ir Agro LLP, Zhambyl region) have been successfully implemented in Kazakhstan with the participation of Iranian companies.

Speaking with the General Director of INOKS Capital, Nabil Massikh, Aidarbek Saparov emphasized the company’s project for the production of compound feed in the Almaty region, which is important for the Kazakh livestock industry. The creation of the Samruk-Kazyna Invest investment fund under the AIFC for a total amount of up to $100 million is at the final stage. Aidarbek Saparov suggested that INOKS management consider the possibility of implementing a project to build a sugar factory. According to the head of the Ministry of Agriculture, this proposal is one of the important and promising areas of cooperation.
