Nestlé Acquires Full Control of Yfood to Boost Global Expansion
Nestlé has completed the acquisition of Yfood, a prominent European brand specializing in ready-to-drink meals with a complete nutritional profile. Previously, Nestlé held a 49% minority stake in Yfood since 2023, but as of July 3, 2026, it will assume full control pending standard regulatory approvals.
Yfood reported approximately EUR 150 million in sales for 2025, marking a double-digit growth compared to the previous year. Its products are available in 30 countries, with over 50,000 points of sale, reflecting significant commercial expansion.
