Milk and Dairy Product Prices Show Initial Upward Trends in March
The dairy market has shown a significant improvement, with the first price increases since last autumn expected in May for some processors. Cream prices have risen sharply, reaching between £1.55 and £1.60 per kilogram by the end of the first week in March.
