The head office of the Dodo pizzeria chain will move to Kazakhstan from the British Virgin Islands. The DairyNews writes about this with reference to the telegram channel of Dodo Brands CFO Lina Naumova.
"Today we would like to share with you the news that on December 15, 2023, the Board of Directors approved the redomiciliation of the holding company from the BVI to the Astana International Financial Center (Republic of Kazakhstan). For the purpose of approving this decision, an absentee consultation will be held from January 10 to January 26, 2024 shareholder voting. The form for collecting votes will be sent individually to each voting participant," wrote Lina Naumova.
