Food & Hospitality Asia 2026 Opens in Singapore, Uniting Over 2,750 Exhibitors from Across the Globe
Organised by Informa Markets and co-locating with ProWine Singapore and IndusFood Asia, FHA 2026 positions itself as a single, comprehensive platform for Asia's food, beverage and HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) professionals. The event was opened by Ms. Low Yen Ling, Senior Minister of State for the Ministry of Trade and Industry, as Guest of Honour.
The European Union takes centre stage this year as the Region of Honour, showcasing premium products from across the bloc. Of the 2,750 exhibitors, 80% are international names and 38% are first-time participants, collectively presenting more than 800,000 products, brands and innovations across 18 industry segments.
A major debut at this year's edition is FutureFWD — a new segment dedicated to next-generation technology across foodservice, hospitality and retail, featuring robotics, AI-powered operations, digital payments and smart guest experience solutions. The expanded Coffee, Tea and Bar segment reflects the fast-growing trend of café and restaurant operators across ASEAN integrating craft beverage and mixology offerings into their service model.
Culinary competition takes on new energy with the launch of the Young Chefs Grand Prix, a flagship contest for culinary talents aged 25 and under, drawing more than 300 participants from over 10 countries. The competition runs alongside the established Asian Pastry Cup and FHA Bakery & Dessert Challenges.
Sustainability is a central theme throughout the event, with the dedicated Sustainability Summit addressing alternative proteins, low-carbon hospitality practices and progress toward UN Sustainable Development Goals.
"FHA 2026 is not just an event — it is a celebration of the creativity, resilience, and vision that define our industry," said Ian Roberts, Senior Vice President – Asia, Informa Markets.
