Euromilk to Install New Aseptic Filling Line with Capacity of 12,000 Packs per Hour

The line has a production capacity of up to 12,000 carton packs per hour. The same machine can fill products into 500 ml, 750 ml, and 1,000 ml packs. According to the supplier, switching between volumes takes less than 15 minutes.

The line can process standard aseptic packaging materials, as well as carton packs without an aluminum layer and materials containing polymers derived from renewable raw materials. Euromilk already uses some of these solutions.

The installation of the new equipment is expected to increase the company’s production capacity and enable it to expand its product range. In addition to its core dairy categories, Euromilk produces oat beverages and barista milk.

Tibor Balogh, Managing Director of Euromilk, said that the company had doubled its production volumes during more than 25 years of cooperation with SIG.

Euromilk is a Slovak dairy producer. SIG is a Swiss supplier of packaging systems and filling equipment for food and beverages.
