The co-op has a smaller milk pool in the North West of England. Group chief executive Nick Whelan has expressed plans to expand the co-op’s milk pool in Northern Ireland by up to 1% annually over the next decade, potentially increasing milk processing by an additional 10 million litres each year.
In addition to its core dairy operations, Dale Farm raised nearly £10,000 for Cancer Focus NI through a tractor and truck run at the Ballymena Livestock Market. Over 160 vehicles participated in the event, supported by Dale Farm employees, farmers, and the local community.
